PAWMOTIF / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy
We use your information to make and deliver your private pet portrait, keep your account available, and help when something goes wrong. This page describes the current digital portrait service.
What we handle
When you create an account, we handle your name, email address, sign-in details, and portrait history. Email passwords are stored as hashes. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information needed to identify you, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or Google Photos.
When you commission a portrait, we handle the pet photograph you upload, the style you choose, generated artwork and previews, order details, and information needed to deliver your download. We also use session and network information to keep accounts private and limit abuse.
How the portrait is made
Your uploaded photograph is stored privately and shared with our image-generation provider, Kie.ai, through a temporary signed link so it can create the portrait. We store the resulting artwork privately. We do not add your photograph or commissioned portrait to the public gallery without your permission.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment details; PawMotif keeps the order and payment status needed to provide your purchase. Cloudflare hosts the site and its private storage and sends account emails. Google provides Google sign-in only if you choose that option.
Access, retention, and your choices
Your purchased download is available for 90 days after payment. This is an access period, not a promise that all records are deleted after 90 days. We keep information needed to provide accounts, portraits, support, and transaction records. You can ask us to delete your account, photograph, or portrait; deleting a file will end access to it. Some transaction information may need to be retained for recordkeeping.
Contact support@pawmotif.com to ask about your information, request deletion, or report a problem. Please do not send card details or private recovery codes by email.
